Cookie policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies andermirambell.com uses, why, and how you can decide about them. It follows Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the cookie guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Equivalent technologies are also used, such as browser local storage, which work the same way in legal terms. Throughout this text we call all of them «cookies».
2. How your permission is requested
The first time you visit you will see a notice with three options of equal weight: reject all, customise by category and accept all. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies are set: no measurement is activated.
This site uses no advertising cookies. There are no campaigns, no advertising tags and no commercial profiling, which is why the notice does not offer that category.
Technically this is implemented with Google Consent Mode v2: advertising, analytics, functionality and personalisation storage permissions are declared as denied before any tag loads. Analytics becomes granted if you authorise it; advertising and personalisation stay denied at all times. Ads data redaction is also enabled, so Google receives no click identifiers.
Your choice is stored in your own browser for 12 months and honoured on later visits. After that period you are asked again.
3. Cookies in use
3.1. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
am-consentimiento | First party (local storage) | Stores your cookie decision so you are not asked again on every page. | 12 months |
These are exempt from consent because they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested: without them there would be no way to remember that you said no.
3.2. Analytics (only with your consent)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Ireland Limited | Distinguishes visitors pseudonymously in order to count visits and sessions. | 2 years |
_ga_69H67KEY2G | Google Ireland Limited | Keeps session state for Google Analytics 4. | 2 years |
Tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets no cookies of its own: it is the mechanism that decides which tags fire and which do not, based on what you have consented to. The resulting reports are aggregated and cannot identify you.
3.3. YouTube videos
On pages with videos, nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page opens: only a cover image is shown. The player is embedded only when you press play, and it is loaded through the youtube-nocookie.com domain, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Even so, playing a video may lead Google to use storage on your device for player functionality and playback measurement. By pressing the button you are expressly requesting that content. Google's own information is in its cookie policy.
4. Changing your mind
You can review and change your choice whenever you want, at no cost and with no friction:
If you withdraw consent, tags stop firing immediately. Cookies already stored can be deleted from your browser.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings. Bear in mind that blocking all of them may affect how this and other sites work. Official instructions:
6. International transfers and further information
Analytics cookies involve processing by Google Ireland Limited, with possible access from Google LLC in the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Full details on the controller, retention, recipients and your rights are in the privacy policy.
