This notice sets out the terms of use of andermirambell.com and fulfils the information duty in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

andermirambell.com is the personal website of Ander Mirambell, Olympic skeleton pilot. Its purpose is informational: to present his sporting career, his projects, the documentary and the Skeleton Experience activity, and to make it easy to get in touch about talks, press, sponsorship and collaborations. No products or services are sold through the site: there is no purchase or online payment process.

3. Terms of use

Access to the site is free and open, and confers the status of user, which implies acceptance of this legal notice from the moment of access. By using the site you undertake to:

• Use it in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
• Not introduce or spread content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes third-party rights.
• Not carry out actions that could damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the site, nor attempt to access restricted areas.

The owner endeavours to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the site. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for:

• Damage arising from misuse of the site or from viruses or malicious software introduced by third parties.
• Opinions expressed by third parties on social networks or other linked spaces.

None of the above excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded, in particular towards consumers and users.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute relating to the site, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the user's own domicile shall have jurisdiction under consumer protection rules.
